Discover Joyful Learning through Play in the Formative Years

About Buzz and Wave: Nurturing Early Childhood Development and Empowering Parents and Educators

Buzz and Wave Learning reflects my belief that learning should feel alive, curious, and responsive to the present moment.

Like the ebb and flow of the tide, children remind us to adapt, explore, and return to what truly matters. Because of this, learning is never fixed. It moves, grows, and changes with the child.

Learning often begins small – like a quiet buzz. Over time, it grows into something meaningful. As a result, play becomes the space where ideas take shape and understanding deepens.

As an early childhood educator and researcher, I have learned more from children than from any book. For example, children teach us to slow down, stay present, and remain open. Most importantly, they remind us to trust the process and embrace discovery.

About Me: Passionate Creator and Lifelong Learner

I’m a UK-qualified early years educator with a Master’s degree focused on International Education and Development. Over the past decade, I have worked in nurseries, homes, community settings, and research environments — always driven by one belief: Every child deserves learning that is inclusive, playful, and grounded in evidence.

My career has taken me from hands-on practice to academic research, policy work, and global early childhood development — influenced by frameworks such as the EYFS (UK) and guided by leading child-focused organisations including UNICEF, Save the Children, and Plan International.
